EDUCATION
Al Zohra high school currently teaches more than 246 students from Pre-Nursery to Matric, 6 days a week, from 08:00 am to 01:40 pm. It provides a high standard of education comparable to the elite English medium schools of the country and uses “O LEVEL” compatible curriculum. Alzohra high school’s Vice principal is Mrs. Mahnaz Hamid ,an educationalist with more than 20 years of experience. In addition complete Nazra Quran Pak and english language interactive software “Rosetta Stone” is also part of our curriculum.Our teachers are regularly  given  various workshops.

Sometimes tuition’s are given free by the Nixor College students. A wide range of subjects including English, Math, Science,computer Science, Social Studies, Urdu, Islamiat, Rosetta stone English Language, Nazra Quran Pak and Sindhi are taught by our highly capable and trained teachers. Computer Studies is introduced from class one  with a separate computer labs for the students.

Extra Curricular Activities

Educational movies and videos are shown regularly on a 50” LED screen to all our classes in order to make learning more interesting. On Fridays our assembly concludes with inspirational short videos of motivation and moral ethics. Volunteers from Karachi American school and Nixor college also conduct regular camps and workshops to help improve the confidence of our students.

We regularly have Spelling Bee Competitions, Drama Marathons ,Daily exercise is compulsory and our recreation room has many educational games.

Proper emphasis is given to how they are dressed and groomed. Weekly hair, nails hand and feet checkups are conducted.

They are encouraged to take up Vocational Training Courses.
